The FdSc offers 20 sponsored places, covering university tuition fees for the duration of the two-year course. The first and second year follow the same structure, with the first six months spent at Brunel, and then the following six months on a placement. For students sponsored by the Environment Agency or a local authority office in England, the placement will be with the sponsor. EA sponsored students will be asked to indicate their preferred locations and will receive a training allowance of £1,000 per month (HMRC tax and NI exempt) while on each six month placement.
The BSc (Hons) has been developed as the top-up programme for students who progress from our Foundation Degree. You will study this as a two-year, part-time degree (from 2018-19, a full-time route will also be available to self-funded students).
