Made in Brunel host their annual 24 Hour Design Challenge every year. It's a marathon for design students to work on live briefs from real companies and industry professionals. Over the course of 24 hours, the young designers can take a three hour slot of the design process, from initial research stages, to concepts and 3D mock ups of their products and solutions.
The briefs come directly from various established companies like Chanel, Disney and Lego with a multitude of briefs from digital user experience, through to consumer product and medical design. It's a thrilling 24 hours, full of ideas, inspiration and fun but most importantly, it allows students' to tackle real, live briefs, and potentially finding solutions that could change the lives of many.
